Hi I'm Elsha,

Welcome to Sweet Therapy, a small hand-crafted fudge business nestled in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.

The name 'Sweet Therapy' reflects my belief that sometimes indulging in a sweet treat can be therapeutic for the soul. I prefer mine alongside a cheeky Flat White!

This business was born from a desire to find a creative outlet that I could balance with life as a busy mum of three.

With a background in Hospitality, a keen interest in product development and lots of experimentation this idea took shape and blossomed in to Sweet Therapy.
